Our Packages & Services
Our philosophy is simple, we are here to support the family. We bring a professional, committed and responsible approach to ensure your wedding day is stress free. Our main goal is to ensure your day goes smoothly whilst we take care of your children's needs. We provide exceptional care and attention to detail. We will arrange a call with you two weeks prior to your wedding date to ensure we understand your child’s needs and have an itinerary for the day. We bring age appropriate toys/books and ensure plenty of walks and fresh air around the hotel grounds. Any child under the age of 24 months requires 1 nanny. Three children above the age of 2 years old can be minded by 1 nanny.
When you are looking to make an enquiry, we always ask for as much information as possible. If you could provide us with the following information:
1. Date of Wedding
2. Location and Hotel Venue
3. Hours required to babysit
4. How many children and what are their ages
5. Is an overnight stay required
In terms of packages and pricing, we offer a few different services however we can tailor and customize each individual booking.
6 Hour (Half Day)
10/12 Hour (Full Day - usually 10am until 10pm)
18 Hour (4pm until 10am next morning)
24 Hour (10am until 10am next morning)
For special circumstances or longer distance travel outside of the Munster Region, we charge 0.50c per KM for mileage. Any overnight stay, accommodation is to be provided by the bridal party in the venue and is solely intended for staff and children who are in their care. We request a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date.
6 Hour Package
This service offers a half day package which can be tailored to your own requirements. We find some bridal parties will want the morning covered including the ceremony, whilst others prefer minding at the drinks reception and main meal. We bring coloring books to ensure your little ones are entertained throughout the day.
18 Hour Package
This package normally starts during the drinks reception from 4pm overnight until 10am the next morning. We would be ready to mind you little ones during the the main meal and bring the children for walks around the hotel grounds. We bring coloring books and pencils to entertain them throughout the day. We would ensure there bed time routine is in line with their normal day to day and get them ready for sleep.
24 Hour Package
The is your full day package which ensures 24 hour care. We would arrive on the morning of your wedding around 10am to get comfortable and familiar with your child. We would take them down to reception to play with coloring books and take them for walks around the hotel grounds. We also get them ready prior to the ceremony and ensure they are fully dressed. We would have them on time for any professional photographs before leaving for the church/ceremony whilst discreetly staying in the background. We can take them during the main meal and prepare them for bed.
